Design, Development & Implementation of an Intranet Network Platform for an Insurance Company (IC)

Design & User Experience

The project included a needs assessment, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with the organization’s brand. The platform included an intuitive homepage featuring real-time updates, leadership messages, news spotlights, and transformation milestones. It also supported personalization by department and role, with a responsive experience across desktop and mobile.

Functional Scope
  • Recognition Hub: peer-to-peer nominations, employee spotlights, and a recognition wall
  • Well@IC: wellness hub covering mental health, resilience, and wellbeing resources
  • Campaign Microsites: transformation updates and thematic programs
  • Feedback & Surveys: interactive polls, quarterly surveys, and a “You Said, We Did” tracker
  • Content Management: news, events, announcements, and targeted messaging
  • Collaboration Tools: forums, chat integration, and document sharing with version control
  • Advanced Search: across documents, people, and content
  • Multilingual Interface: full Arabic and English support
  • Analytics Dashboard: tracking engagement, adoption, and sentiment
